One Heart Ministry History:
T he One Heart vision began in 1987. One Heart played as the Alpha Zoe band, a Christian youth group band for several years and also ministered in prisons, youth detention centers, churches, and as an opening act for several national touring acts.
Since then, God has called faithful individuals one by one into this ministry. Members have changed over the years, but the spiritual direction has remained consistent.
One Heart was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) charity in early 1995.
Although their primary calling had originally been that of an evangelical outreach band,
in 1996 One Heart filled a need by becoming the praise & worship band for Victory Christian Center in Boca Raton, Florida.
They ministered there until God raised up a permanent band for the church.
In 1998, One Heart resumed live outreach ministry and continued laying the foundation for the One Heart Recording Studio.
Through One Heart Recording Studio, we have discovered a vital need of many local recording artists. They possess a burning desire to bring their music & message to the masses, but have very limited opportunities to share their music with the community.
In order to address this need, One Heart Ministry has a plan.
In 1999, through a series of miracles, the One Heart Recording Studio opened its doors.
The studio has been steadily growing in capability and quality ever since.
Throughout 2001, One Heart Recording Studio continued to grow and recorded several albums for local Christian bands & ministers, including the ONE HEART band. The studio expanded to 32-track recording, greatly improving its sound & capability.
In early 2002, One Heart Recording Studio introduced Pro-Tools, a computer based state of the art recording format.
With this system, the studio now offers mobile recording at your church or event.
In 2003, One Heart acquired Pro Tools HD. One Heart is continually upgrading the facility and equipment.
We look to the future as God brings One Heart to the next level, working with others to share God’s love.
Throughout 2005 and 2006, One Heart continued recording a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Praise & Worship, Hard Rock, Acoustic, Polynesian, Reggae, Jazz, Blues, and even spoken word.
In late 2006, One Heart was forced to close its doors and look for a new location. Although the task of moving the studio was monumental, we are very excited that it allowed us to make major improvements which will translate to a much improved sound as well as a better environment and overall recording experience.
In 2008 One Heart opened the doors of our new facility, located in Coconut Creek, Florida.
